Who we are

OnlyAIWork is a managed AI builder network providing business-to-business AI services, including AI diagnosis, build, and training. We are part of the Academy of Artificial Intelligence (AOAI) and operate across Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

The entity responsible for this website and your personal data is Academy of AI Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202301050771 (1544685-M)), with its registered office at No. H-7-2, Block H, Setiawalk, Persiaran Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47160 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. OnlyAIWork is a brand operated by Academy of AI Sdn Bhd. Malaysia is our primary and governing jurisdiction.

What we collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Information you give us through the free AI Growth Scan: your name, email address, and (optionally) your WhatsApp or phone number; the answers you provide in the scan and the result we compute from them (including your acquisition, activation, and team-capability scores and the recommended fix); and your response to the consent checkbox.
  • Messages you send us: any information you include when you email us or otherwise get in touch.
  • Standard technical data: basic information such as the page URL you submitted from and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) attached to that link.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your personal data to:

  • send you your AI Growth Scan result;
  • follow up with you about that result; and
  • discuss our services with you.

Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (which you give by submitting the scan form and ticking the consent checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and offering relevant services. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Cookies and analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how our website is used. Plausible is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites. Because we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, a cookie consent banner is not required on this site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate our business:

  • HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector): a US-based customer relationship management and marketing platform, where your lead and scan data is stored and used for follow-up.
  • Our email provider: used to send emails to you.

International transfers: because HighLevel is based in the United States, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Data protection laws there may differ from those in Malaysia, Singapore, or the UK. We rely on these providers to handle your data securely and only for the purposes described in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only for as long as we reasonably need it to follow up with you and provide our services, or for as long as the law requires us to. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove its connection to you.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore), and the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw your consent at any time; and
  • ask us to delete your personal data.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, including by working with reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
